When fear engulfs us with ever-entangling shackles, as we drown in the darkness of oppression, far from any listening ear or compassionate heart, when those deadly desires and overwhelming lusts intensify, and from amidst those whispers darkness creeps in, enveloping us, screaming for retribution for all our scars, for the beast that is me to awaken, retribution for all fears, let the edge of the sword be upon both our necks, and let its blade be stained with crimson lips.
